Returns & Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your print, you have 30 days to contact us about a refund or exchange. For refunds, we will refund the purchase price to the original payment method within 5 business days, minus shipping and a $5 handling fee. In the case an exchange is requested, you will be responsible for the new shipping charge and a $5 handling fee. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your refund, minus the cost of shipping. Refunds and exchanges are within our discretion.
To complete your refund or exchange, we will require proof of purchase.
Shipping
Many prints will be printed on demand, while some will be in stock at the time of purchase. Because of this, it could take anywhere from 2-8 business days to get prints in the mail. They will be shipped USPS priority mail with tracking numbers and the included insurance. Please contact us if you have special shipping needs. We ship multiple prints for one flat rate, however larger sized prints will incur an extra fee.
